Declared the provisions of Article 184(1) and (2) of Law No. 23/2007 substantively unconstitutional in constitutional review arising from a specific case.

The judgment concerns the 2007 Labour Law, subsequently repealed by Law No. 13/2023. Applying it to current issues requires comparison with the new regime; the summary does not automatically extend the decision to the 2023 Law.
