The ICC YAAF programme lists Dimétrio Manjate as moderator of “Pathways to a Career as an Arbitrator”, with Paula Duarte Rocha, Susan Muchaneta Mutangadura and Auxílio Nhabanga. The event formed part of the “Passing on the Baton” series on career development in international arbitration.

First ALAM and OAM practical arbitration training

Dimétrio Manjate was a member of the training team for the first practical arbitration course jointly organised by ALAM and OAM. It brought together 58 lawyers and trainee lawyers, combining theoretical and practical components, in person and online.

3rd International Arbitration Conference in Mozambique

The official programme lists Dimétrio Manjate as moderator of Module III, “The Arbitral Award”. Tomás Timbane, Joana Galvão Teles and Paula Costa e Silva discussed annulment, extending effects to third parties and application of the New York Convention.

Portuguese translation of AFSA international rules

Dimétrio Manjate and Pascoal Bié contributed to the Portuguese translation of the AFSA International Arbitration Rules 2021, presented at Johannesburg Arbitration Week (JAW) 2026.

The official programme lists both in “AFSA International Rules Translation”, part of the strategic partnerships and signing ceremony session on 7 May 2026.
